‘It is the best thing I ever did,’ he says. ‘I finally realised that people liked me. I guess people saw the real me and realised I wasn’t just a freak in sunglasses. I get mobbed in the street by fans now. It’s crazy, but I love it.’

Oh where to start. First off – and this part isn’t David’s fault – cosmetic surgery done 27 years ago probably isn’t going to look as good as it would if it were done today. Technology is significantly more advanced in that field. So I kind of feel badly for the guy. Right now I’m reading a book called Beauty Junkies about the overemphasis we place on cosmetic surgery in America, and it talks about some of the things people used to get injected with. Scary stuff. I don’t even want to imagine what’s floating under that guy’s head.

All that said… it’s been awhile, perhaps it’s time for some touch up work. I understand being afraid after being made to look like… I don’t even know what to compare Gest to. A sleepy Michael Jackson? But I would think there’s some way a really good surgeon could correct some of his facial features. The most obvious being the perma-surprised brow. I don’t think anything else is so gasp-worthy on him, and it really leaves an impression. And while it’s nice that he feels better about himself… I’m going to have to argue with the whole idea that people mob David Gest on the street. I mean I do, but I have a lot of questions for him. Most times he just looks surprised and runs away.

David Gest was only known in the entertainment industry before he married Liza Minnelli. But he’s now a household name and may be better known for his bad plastic surgery than for his failed marriage.

56-year old TV star-and-concert promoter David Gest says that he was encouraged to have plastic surgery by his close friend Michael Jackson, but its not the late legend’s fault that the results were so bad.

David, who has had two facelifts and a nose realignment procedure, says, “On Celebrity Come Dine With Me, I discuss the plastic surgery I had done between 1980-1981 and blame only myself for being so foolish, especially not Michael Jackson nor anyone else. I was an idiot. I look back at that time and think of myself as being so stupid, and was very appreciative of Michael’s support and being there when I went through all that.”

In addition, he also says he got cheek implants and a cleft chin, but both were his idea.

“It was my idea to put in a clef chin and cheek bones – not Michael’s. Sometimes when you are young you are foolish and you get carried away. I remember I was looking in the mirror in an office building when I was with Band of Gold singer Freda Payne. I was mortified and almost fainted. I had the cheekbones removed a week later. I’ve come to realize that it’s not what’s on the outside, but it’s what’s on the inside that counts.”

It’s nice that David has spoken openly about his plastic surgery mistakes and seems to have learned from them.

For the first time, magician David Copperfield has admitted that he thought he would die while attempting his death-defying stunt over Niagara Falls. “We would have a raft and use steel ramps to take me into the water. We were there for a week before just to build it.

“The effects people not for the magic -- lowered their steel ramp into the water and within 60 seconds it became spaghetti. You don’t realize the power until you see the terra firma of steel and crossbeams turn to pasta,” said the MGM headliner.

“I remember going to my hotel room every night and dreaming how I was going to die. It was really, really horrible. It wasn’t like, ‘what did I get myself into?’ after the fact; this was before, and it was really bad.

“Then at the end, I would be on a rope dangling from a helicopter. We had a stuntman there ready to rehearse for me, and it was so dangerous, he even refused to do it. “

The amazing escape was the finale of his 13th TV special in 1990. David’s rare and remarkably candid interview in which he also confesses that he’s still trying to get magic exactly right appears in the October issue of Magic Magazine published here in Las Vegas by my pal Stan Allen.

I’ve interviewed David several times over the years -- including going on an exclusive tour of his magic warehouse but he’s never gone into such detail about his career, its dangers and disappointments and his extraordinary achievements.

Stan Allen: How did you discover magic?

At one point, I went looking for a better puppet. I went to Macy’s -- Macy’s magic counter. There was a demonstrator there who made a masterpiece out of the effect where the coin vanishes on a little wooden board, as well as other classics, like Cups & Balls and the Professor’s Nightmare. He made his living pitching magic, and he was really skilled.

It’s a parallel of my life. You learn from doing lots of shows. That’s probably where I got the idea. I bought that little board at Macy’s, probably the first trick I bought. I remember looking through the New York phone book for a magic store, and I found Louis Tannen Magic. I went there, the elevator door opened, and I knew my life was changing. Everyone knows that feeling, like you’ve walked into heaven. Man, you walked in, and you just went, “This is it!”

According to Newsmax.com, David Copperfield alleges that he’s found the fountain of youth. He bought a cluster of small islands in the Bahamas for $50 million, and states that things which are nearly dead come into contact with the water and are restored back to life. They appear to bestow perpetual youth. He’s inviting biologists to study it, but has not invited visitors to drink from or swim in it. I wonder if it was Dick Clark who sold it to him prior to his stroke last year? Maybe this solves the dilemma of how Keith Richards can still be alive and playing guitar…

It’s starting to look like there was some kind of “must already have had, or promise to get plastic surgery” contract that the stars of classic bikini-fest Baywaytch had to sign, because even those that didn’t need it have started to get it. Known for his natural good looks and slightly above par for Baywatch acting ability, David Charvet, who played  Matt on the show, would seem to not need any work done, especially anything major. However, the star, who also had a role on Melrose Place, looks like he went and got a nose job (rhinoplasty), making his nose smaller all around.

It’s either that, or his face got bigger, because there is a definite difference in the appearance of his sniffer, as it’s thinner, and shorter than it was before. This seems like another case of someone trying to jump start their career through plastic surgery, but when you’re already married to a model (Brooke Burke) and have a career as a singer in Europe, why go through the trouble? You should have kept the old nose Dave.

David Beckham Plastic Surgery Rumours: True or False?

Rumours have been circulating on the cyberspace and in the periodicals that the football superstar, David Beckham has had his share of cosmetic surgery procedures after migrating with his family to Los Angeles, USA. Is he now beginning to follow the footsteps of his wife?

To the style icon, Victoria Beckham aka Posh Spice, plastic surgery is nothing strange. It’s been known that she has gone under the knife a few times to further improve her looks. Rhinoplasty, lip augmentation and breast implants (and removal) procedures are just some of the cosmetic plastic surgery operations Mrs. Beckham has tried through the years.

David might have also resorted to aesthetic treatments, but the results were nothing too drastic—just very subtle changes. No one really knows whether David has had some cosmetic surgery treatments or not—except of course Victoria herself and their trusted surgeons. Outsiders like us could only rely on his before and after photos that show quite an improvement.

David Beckham has said that he and his wife Victoria will not have any plastic surgery in future.

The couple were asked by Heat if they would consider getting Botox treatment or plastic surgery as they grow older.

David said: "I won't be having plastic surgery and [turning to Victoria] I know you won't..."

Victoria added: "I don't have a problem with people having their face done. I think if it makes you feel good, then that's cool. Right now, I can't see myself doing anything like that.

"I think getting older is something you either fight against or you embrace it and I think, at the minute we're embracing it. But who knows how I'm going to feel in ten years' time."

Earlier this year, Victoria appeared to confirm repeated reports that she had previously had a boob job.

The ex-Spice Girl is rumoured to have had a breast enlargement operation in 2000 before having the implants removed seven years on and her bust further reduced in later procedures.

Beckham has been bitten by the local plastic surgery bug and appears to be dabbling in Botox and other filler injections to get rid of his wrinkles and has even donned a blonde surfer hairdo to blend in his new surroundings. The 32-year old former captain of the England soccer team used to have a large wrinkle running across his forehead and some crows’ feet extending from his eyes. These imperfections have all but disappeared, as the bleach blond Beckham is sporting a flawless forehead and no crows’ feet. Given his wife Victoria “Posh”s love for plastic surgery (she’s had 3 breast augmentations to date), it is not a far stretch to think that her husband would join her in her cosmetic escapades (read more about Victoria Beckham’s Plastic Surgery past. An insider suggests that the couple may have been having cosmetic doctors over at their home for some botox parties. “Victoria often has therapists and doctors visiting their Madrid home and some friends have hinted they may be doing more than providing them with facials and peels.”

London-based plastic surgeon Dr. Alex Karidis confirms his belief that Beckham had botox. “He used to have a large line across his forehead which seems to have vanished. He has all the hallmarks of a botox forehead. He also appears to have had a lift on his eyebrows, that can often happen when botox is injected into that area.”

“And there were quite deep crow’s feet around the eyes a couple of years ago. These seem to have almost disappeared. Changes like this in other celebrities are usually thanks to botox.

Additionally, it seems that some of David Beckham’s naso-labial lines (laugh lines that extend from the nose to the mouth) may have also been treated to some injection fillers such as Restylane. Dr. Karidis adds, “It could be that he’s also used fillers on his nose-to-mouth lines. These used to be quite prominent in pictures. Usually these things get worse not better with age. But Beckham seems to have lost them and looks much younger now.”

David Beckham is one of the best looking athletes in the world and while we are all for cosmetic enhancements when they’re needed, we think Beckham really does not need them in this case. The old Beckham is much hotter than this new blond, expressionless blond Ken Doll reincarnation of himself. For once, don’t listen to your wife and keep them doctors out of your house.

The question that comes to mind is whether young impressionable male fans who have been changing their hairdos in response to Beckham’s ever-changing hairstyle will also be Botoxing it like Beckham.

Courteney Cox and David Arquette Argue Over Plastic Surgery 

Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette share a lot of things as husband and wife. But the one thing they don’t agree on? Plastic surgery.

“Well, that would be a battle between the two of us,” Courteney explained to “Extra” in an exclusive interview.

David clarified, “I don’t like any of that stuff. I like how smiles make wrinkles.”

Courteney responded, “I think it’s easy when you’re a boy to say that.”

The happy couple got candid with “Extra” at a star-studded charity fundraiser at the Santa Monica Pier.

The 43-year-old beauty – who is also the face of Kinerase – revealed how the skincare company has kept her virtually wrinkle-free.

“It's the repair serum and you are just supposed to put it in little places, but because I represent the product, I use it all over,” she explained.

Courteney joked, “I’m literally 78…sorry, David, I didn’t tell you!”

The beautiful actress gets back to work this week on season two of her hit show “Dirt,” but don’t expect another kissing cameo from best friend Jennifer Aniston.

“She’s really busy and she’s doing four movies in a row,” she said. “So she’s going to be out of town.”

Dave Navarro...hasn't had any plastic surgery that I can tell. I have a lot of respect for Mr. Navarro and call myself a fan. He's a guitar legend and one of the key members of Jane's Addiction. He also has a pretty rad (80's term) goatee. One thing I have learned as a plastic surgeon is that men often wear goatees to cover up a small chin or a double chin. In the same way, women often wear bangs to cover up wrinkles of the forehead. I believe that Dave Navarro is no different. He does appear to have a smallish chin, termed microgenia, which is hidden by his goatee. A chin augmentation would be great for him, as it would give him a much stronger jawline. I would place a large size solid silicone implant through the inside of the mouth. This creates no visible scars, and heals very quickly. Then he could shave off the flavor-saver and get on with rocking out with his new band, Panic Channel.

The closest Dave Navarro must have come to plastic surgery of any kind must have been in the form of his ex-wife Carmen Electra.

While Carmen has been a breast surgery poster-girl for a long time, her one-time husband has surprisingly steered clear of that path. Dave’s body tattoos are the best he can boast about in terms of body modification and aesthetic alteration.

Dave, thanks to his Spanish roots and a model for a mum, is blessed with very exotic and well-defined features. Compared to his early days as a musician before Jane’s Addiction he has filled in and matured very well partly explaining why he still decorates countless teenage walls.

However roguishly Dave wears his goatee, it brings to mind a trick a lot of men use to cover up a chin that is less defined. Chin enhancement surgery works to correct just this deformity.

No one was arrested as a result of the attack, but Ashley did get fined $189 by the courts for pulling Danielle’s “hair.”

As for Jacqueline, she feels this is just another way for Danielle to get publicity. “She will do anything, and I mean anything, to stay in the press,” she says. “I think she’s pathetic and desperate. Maybe she has a fear that she won’t be asked to return next year so she’s grasping at straws to keep a connection between us. I don’t know.”

British beauty Danielle Lloyd has had a lot of controversy in her beauty pageant career. But one thing is certain, her plastic surgery has been a success.

26-year old Danielle Lloyd first became popular in Britain when she was stripped of her Miss Great Britain crown for posing nude in Playboy. It has also been speculated that the brunette bombshell had been sleeping with the judges of the competition.

After her beauty queen was cut short, Danielle turned to lingerie modeling, reportedly getting three plastic surgery breast augmentations to get her bust just right.

Danielle is quoted as saying, “At first I had them done because they were too small,” the model explained. “They were still not big and bouncy enough, so I had them done again.”

“Unfortunately the boob job went wrong,” she added. “They were all wonky, so I had them done again. Now I’m a 32DD and I’m very pleased.”

In addition to breast implants, Danielle likely also had a nose job to get her narrow and regal nose. She may also use Botox and dermal fillers like Juvederm to keep her flawless skin smooth.

Australian born actress, singer, songwriter, and fashion designer Dannii Minogue is clearly a lot of things, so it’s not her fault if she’s aging fast, but how she combats that is up to her, and she’s chosen to go down the plastic surgery route. In her efforts to remain younger looking and therefore more relevant, she’s reportedly had a bunch of work done. She pretty much admits to having had a breast augmentation that she’s not completely happy with, and she may go get new, bigger, implants. She also admits to having gotten a good amount of Botox injected into her face. She’s gone a bit too far on this end, and her face is starting to get that frozen statue look to it. Her last bit of work was done on her lips, but it’s hard to tell whether she got Botox there as well, or if it’s a lip implant. Dannii Minogue, sometime pop star and sister of pop singer Kylie Minogue (See Make Me Heal’s story on Kylie Minogue’s Reconstructive Plastic Surgery) has had some plastic surgery of her own. The popular judge of Britain’s X-Factor has admitted to having several different plastic surgery procedures, although none of them have left her feeling happier about herself.

The 36-year old actress and singer turned entrepreneur has openly admitted to having a breast augmentation to achieve her large breast size. She is also suspected of having a lip augmentation as well as a nose job and has also readily admitted to having used Botox to help herself to look as young as her pop-star peers.

Her breast augmentation has made her breasts her most prominent body part. The lip augmentation, likely is to help her lips appear as young and perky as the young starlets she is surrounded by. Popular lip fillers include Restylane, which was likely used by Dannii.

Her unusually wrinkle free and frozen face is the result of overdone Botox injections.

When asked about plastic surgery, Dannii, responded, “I’ve had botox because I want to be the best I can be and look the nicest I can. There’s no right and wrong – it’s a personal choice.
“It didn’t make me happier, though. If you link cosmetic surgery into happiness or to be perfect you’re never going to be happy. It’s not about being perfect – that’s where people get it wrong.”

Her cute nose is likely the result of a rhinoplasty as it is just the right size and shape for today’s pop star. She has a narrow bridge and a rounded tip, unlike her wider nose of yesteryear.

Although Dannii still looks good, if she continues to overuse Botox and plastic surgery, in a couple more years, Make Me Heal predicts Dannii will cross the line from pretty to plastic.

Okay folks, so we’ve been getting some letters (e-mails…we’re a website, we don’t own a real mailbox) about NCIS: Los Angeles star Daniela Ruah; more importantly, we’ve been getting letters about her breasts. They’re large, they’re perky, and they’re on a skinny girl, so obviously everyone’s first thought is: Fake! We’re going to be honest, when we first saw pictures of her running in a bikini, we immediately thought the same thing. Even while moving, they’re perfectly round and seem to move as one solid mass rather than flop around as real breasts tend to do. However…those things are real! We decided to do a little more research (by “research”, we mean scroll down the page of pictures), and it yielded the truth about Daniela Ruah’s breasts….scroll down for the truth…seriously, don’t act like the suspense involved in this mundane topic isn’t at least mildly exciting…

Okay, so the truth is that her breasts are pretty big, a very nice, and are perky by traditional non-implant standards, but the fake look that they have is the result of some very good and very expensive bras and bikinis. Looking at pictures of her taken for different scenes on her show, you can see that her breasts actually flatten out and droop down a bit when they’re not in a fancy bra/bikini. So for now, it appears that Daniela Ruah hasn’t had any plastic surgery, but instead is riding the gifts that the universe gave her until the wheels fall off…and her nose looks real, so don’t send us e-mails about it.

A lot of people who know of NCIS actress Daniela Ruah will have noticed that her right eye appears to be a lot darker than her left. Bob Saget Ignites Feud With Danielle Fishel Over Coke Claims

Bob Saget is in something of a feud with former "Boy Meets World" star Danielle Fishel. The fight began over an anecdote she told about the "Full House" actor once asking for drugs, which he says was just a simple joke.

Back in March, Danielle Fishel appeared on the cover of Maxim and talked about her years as a '90s television star playing Topanga on the ABC hit series. The conversation turned to a chance encounter between Fishel, her family and Saget on a private jet to Disney World.

"We were trying to take a nap, and all of a sudden  Bob Saget walks down the aisle, rips open our curtain, and shouts, 'Do you guys have any coke?!' Then he looks my dad in the eye, laughs, and closes the curtain," she said.

Apparently Saget did not find Fishel's coke story charming because he shot back at the 32-year-old actress in a response to Maxim on Wednesday.

“What show was she on? Big Chest, Small Wonder?" he told Maxim. "That’s the real size of her, by the way. She’s kind of like Bilbo Baggins, very tiny. So first off, I don’t open curtains. That was a lie, because I just don’t do that. I knock on things. Also, there weren’t separate compartments on the plane. Anyway, the whole thing was as simple as me going to the restroom and throwing out a one-liner. I was always making jokes; that’s what I did. Yes, it did have a drug reference in it, but the joke was that her parents should protect this kid who was starring in a television show."

"It was just a funny thing, like a satiric moment of, ‘What are we doing with our kids?’" he added. "I wouldn’t expect someone to understand it if they don’t get that kind of humor. How old is that girl now anyway? Isn’t she like 60? I don’t know how old she was when she did the show, but I’ll always tell the judge she was 18.”

Daniel Craig To Have Surgery To Pin His 'Giant' Ears Back?

Daniel Craig may be perfect to a lot of ladies out there, but the actor has apparently made a New year's resolution to have his 'giant' ears 'permanently pinned back.'

According to the National Enquirer, the James Bond star “made a New Year’s resolution to permanently pin back his trademark Dumbo head-flaps via plastic surgery!”

A 'friend' of the hunk told the publication: “Daniel’s always been oversensitive and self-conscious about his protruding ears he recently confessed to the director of his super-sucessful Skyfall movie that all he could see while watching the film was… his ears!”

It’s been a massive year for British cinema, with ‘Skyfall’, becoming the highest grossing British film of all time during Bond’s 50th anniversary. With the latest instalment becoming the first ever Bond movie to be nominated for Film of the Year.

In 2002 it received a London Evening Standard Special Award for 40 years of James Bond, but never best film. The nomination comes after Adele won the 2013 Golden Globe for Best Song for the theme tune ‘Skyfall’.

Bond star Daniel Craig has admitted having plastic surgery after he was injured on the set of the latest film.

The star, 40, severed his fingertip and had eight stitches on his face after being accidentally kicked by a Quantum of Solace co-star.

Craig, who was recently pictured sporting an arm sling, told Elle magazine: 'It's a stupid inconvenience because we had to stop filming. But they gave me an excellent plastic surgeon.'

The actor also admitted having a crush on 007's boss.

He said all men fancied M, played by Dame Judi Dench, 73, in the Bond films.

Craig said: 'M's gorgeous. All men have thought about her at least once in their lives.

'The great thing about Judi Dench is that she's the matriarch of British film.

'She has an innate power about her. And yes, Bond needs a woman like M to contain his nonsense and say, "Look, 007, you've been an idiot!"

Actress Dana Delany has sworn off cosmetic surgery after a botched Botox job left her with a droopy eye.

"Something nobody ever talks about is doctor error," the 54-year-old star of ABC's "Body of Proof" tells November's Prevention magazine. "Seven years ago, I had never even heard about Botox. My dermatologist was saying, 'You should try it.' He injected my forehead, hit a nerve, and created a huge hematoma. The nerve has been dead ever since."

In fact, Delany says, "It affected the muscle in my right eye, so my eye has started to droop a little bit… I was symmetrical before and now I am not. I stopped going to him right then."

As far as getting any additional nips-and-tucks, Delany tells the magazine, "I won't do it, no." Instead, she plans to follow the lead of other actresses who are letting themselves grow older gracefully.

"My hat's off to Jamie Lee Curtis. She's so smart, and she doesn't dye her hair or anything," says the former "Desperate Housewives" star. "And Meryl Streep still looks like herself. Diane Keaton, too. I think the really great actresses don't worry about that kind of thing."

Fanning and Highmore best known for his work in Finding Neverland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The Spiderwick Chronicles reportedly enjoyed a dinner date together in Beverly Hills on Saturday night.

Daryl Hannah has not mentioned whether or not she has had surgical work done, but before and after pictures lead many people to speculate about the types of procedure that she might have had.

Unfortunately, now Daryl is barely recognizable. Once a blonde bombshell, she has lost her natural beauty by getting a failed eye lift, cheek implants and Botox!

Like many celebrities in Hollywood, Hannah has clearly felt a big pressure to fight back the years through plastic surgery with unfortunate results.

Hannah's face appears a bit swollen, which could be due to some filler in her cheeks. She's also revealing the fish lips so popular among Hollywood women of a certain age and her eyebrows are all funky, a common effect of over-Botoxing.

"It's very sad, but the star of Splash appears to have gotten fish lips! Daryl's face looks like it's undergone quite a few changes, likely from the plastic surgeon's needle," celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn was quoted as saying.

"I suspect that her overly plumped up lips are due to injections of a filler like Restylane, causing her upper lip to be thicker than her lower lip," Dr. Youn continued.

"Her eyebrows and forehead also have changed, resembling a Botox brow. When Botox is injected into the forehead, in some people it can cause the eyebrows to take a somewhat sinister-looking shape," Dr. Youn explained.

"I also suspect that she's had some injections of filler, like Sculptra, into her cheeks. This may be causing her to look more plump than she did 20 years ago."

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Fleming claimed:  "Her face looks much rounder, everything about her face used to be much thinner, cheeks, jaw line, nasal labal lines, everything was much more pronounced. In my opinion there's a lot more fullness and it's not a natural contour. I have no idea what they did, but there is filler material in there."

New York plastic surgeon Dr. Adam Schaffner told: "It appears there has been additional fullness to the mid-face. It could have been with any sort of filler material like juvederm. Her nose looks different."

Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg revealed: "It looks like she (had) injections of fillers… in the face, causing that puffy appearance around her nasolabial folds, lines running from the side of the nose to the corners of the mouth. She also looks as though she had a face-lift, lip injections and Botox on her forehead and around her eyes."

The Daily Mail also commented on her recent appearance at a  Prix Montblanc award ceremony in Germany: "Is her face looking suspiciously tight?"

The article added that she "was looking suspiciously younger as she stepped out on the red carpet" and claimed that "the actress's lips looked plumper and the skin around her eyes tighter as she attended the Prix Montblanc Gala in Berlin."

On the other hand, Hannah denied having any work done...To be more exact, in a new interview with The Daily Mail, she even called women who have facelifts "muppets."

"There are so many people in LA who have had cosmetic surgery and they all look like Muppets. There was a picture taken a while ago of me emerging from the ocean, with my hair slicked back and no make-up on. I looked as though I had puffy, squinty eyes and the rumour went round I'd had work done; I lost jobs because of it and I thought about suing, but in the States you have to prove malicious intent", Hannah was quoted as saying.

"I've got a little jowly, and sometimes I look in the mirror and think: "Oh my God", but I am too much of a coward to go under a surgeon's knife for something that wasn't life-saving. I've had knee and elbow operations, and I've broken my back three times, riding and performing movie stunts, and that gives you an appreciation of your body. When I was three years old I had an accident that still influences my attitude. (Daryl holds up her left hand to reveal one finger is missing two joints.) I lost the top of my finger playing on my grandma's mobility stair lift. It was terrifying, but could have been so much worse - and it has bestowed on me an ability to be a more compassionate person."
