It is more than clear that plastic surgeons in the 80′s and early 90′s gave everyone the exact same nose! LaToya Jackson looks like she also has had chin and cheek implants, just like her brother Michael Jackson. Probably they had the same unfortunate plastic surgeon, as their procedures appear very similar.

Of course, there are people like Dr. David Shafer who think  Lana is 100% natural, claiming that Lana's  naturally full lips are accentuated or downplayed with lipstick and gloss according to her mood.

The truth is that lip augmentation is very popular among young women looking for a sensual pout while others are born with large lips.

To conclude, the majority of plastic surgeons speculate that in spite of a lip augmentation, Lana might also have gotten some injectables to her face and a nose job as well...

Type the words “Lana Del Rey” into Google, and you will find more than 40 million results. MTV News, Billboard, and Reuters all currently have stories running about her. This weekend, The New York Times ran music critic Jon Caramanica’s 1,200-word article deconstructing her persona, demolishing her mythology, and, oh yes, discussing her record. (He didn’t much care for it.) Caramanica wrote: “This is album as anticlimax, the period that ends the essay, not the beginning of a new paragraph.”.

All this for a singer-songwriter whose first major-label record album, Born to Die (Interscope), is only now coming out (on Tuesday), and who, until three months ago, was a little-known artist with a few intriguing self-made videos floating around on YouTube. But in the span of three months she’s fallen from lauded Internet sensation into a Grand Canyon–size snakepit of haterade, which climaxed when she appeared on Saturday Night Live two weeks ago, an appearance derided as being a massive catastrophe. The performance during which she warbled unsteadily through her two singles, “Video Games” and “Blue Jeans,” while she swished awkwardly in a long ball gown compelled even Brian Williams to write a personal email to Gawker’s Nick Denton saying she’d “had one of the worst outings in SNL history last night.”

After being noticeably absent from the media following her hip surgery in February, Lady Gaga has reappeared to sing the national anthem at the Gay Pride Rally in New York last weekend. Although Lady Gaga has always claimed to support “being yourself”, she doesn’t exactly practice what she preaches. Lady Gaga started dabbling with plastic surgery in 2008, shortly after she signed her first record deal, and this is when she got her first rhinoplasty surgery. Gaga was only 20 years old when she was signed by Interscope, and as most young up-and-coming stars will tell you, record-producing experts will effectively just sit you down and tell you what you need to change in order to achieve famousness (and yes, looks have as much, or more to do with selling records than actual singing ability). Rumor has it that in addition to the nose job, Lady Gaga has also had a chin implant and lip injections in the past.

So what about 2013? Has Lady Gaga had more plastic surgery recently? According to photo comparisons, it appears that she may have spent the last 4 months of downtime from her hip surgery, healing from another nose job as well. Lady Gaga’s nose has gone from distractingly prominent, to prominent/distinquished and now to just another “perfect” plastic nose.

I mean really…Who gets a bunch of custom-made designer wheelchairs made, and then hides out from the paparazzi for months? (Someone that has had plastic surgery and doesn’t want you to know…). After watching Lady Gaga belt out her version of the Star Spangled Banner, it’s also obvious that the 27-year old singer has also had a bit too much Botox that has left her eyebrows, forehead and much of her face completely immobilized. A touching quote, and one that really brings home how the artist thinks about her art as it might affect her fans. However, it hasn’t quelled all of the speculation fires that are still burning about whether or not Lady Gaga is in fact a plastic surgery celebrity.

In an interview with Derek Blasberg, Lady Gaga explains that she has never gone under the knife.

Lady Gaga – Before and After Pictures?

Whenever people are trying to figure out if a celebrity had plastic surgery gone wrong, they’re going to produce the before and after photos.

To confirm Suzanne Somers plastic surgery speculations for instance, fans will hold up before and after shots that are supposed to show how the basic shape of her changed. It’s a good strategy, and it’s one that works if a procedure was so lacking in subtlety that huge changes occurred.

However this particular plan has a lot of problems when it comes to Lady Gaga. Namely the problem is that she’s, well, Lady Gaga.

Anyone that’s a fan of her work knows that Lady Gaga isn’t just in costume on stage; she’s in costume everywhere. Her outlandish looks are what she’s famous for, and you never see her without makeup, wigs, prosthetics or some other bizarre, appearance shifting getup.

This makes it nearly impossible to get a real bead on whether or not Lady Gaga has had work done, because with all of the makeup skill and artistry that goes into her daily appearance she is constantly shifting.

However, there are still people who claim she’s received lip surgery and a rhinoplasty to lengthen and narrow her nose. Unfortunately both of these effects can be put down to clever makeup and camera angles, leaving Lady Gaga plastic surgery gossip unfulfilled and speculative.

On the other hand, Lady Gaga has insisted that she will never succumb to plastic surgery.

Lady Gaga called cosmetic procedures "harmful" because they promote insecurity.

To be more exact, speaking in the May issue of U.S. "Harper's Bazaar", Gaga revealed: "I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have. I think promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification."

She continued: "And how many models and actresses do you see on magazine covers who have brand-new faces and have had plastic surgery, while I myself have never had any plastic surgery?"

Lady Gaga recently admitted that she would possibly get cosmetic surgery in the future. In an interview with "Heat Magazine", she claimed that she didn’t have any cosmetic surgery yet, even though there are those who maintain that they have seen differences in her appearance over the years.

The revelation came after being asked if she did have surgery in which Gaga replied, "I haven't had any yet, I was born this way. But maybe after I pop out a few Gaga babies I'll be not born this way any more." Surgery after a pregnancy isn’t out of the norm for many, tummy tucks are a quick fix for loose skin and lasers can help fade stretch marks.

It’s a bit of a shocking testimony since Lady Gaga has spent much time pushing the message to love who you are, even penning the song "Born this Way." She also told "Heat magazine": "I have had my body insecurities, but that's why I wrote "Born This Way", I wanted to create a space that would liberate all of those insecurities. It's an incredibly church-like, religious experience where we exorcise our insecurities."

More previous pictures of singer Lady Gaga emerged recently suggesting that Gaga got some plastic surgery procedures to improve her image before getting to the place of her career she is now. Apparently there are plastic surgeons who strongly believe that she got breast implants and a rhinoplasty.

There are pictures that show her like a completely different person, but the biggest difference is her nose.  In the previous pictures her nose looks much bigger and poorly defined, now it looks with better proportion, but still, is not perfectly defined showing some bump depending on the picture,which makes plastic surgeons wonder:"Why she would go for a rhinoplasty to get the job partially done?"

So, for this one there are different options,. It could be that those older pictures are somehow manipulated, that is not even her, that the photographer was a completely disaster to make her look fine or that she actually got the nose job like that.

Lady Gaga hasn't got breast implants ,because  earlier this year, her breast looks pretty much natural, not too big, not too round, not too upper projected, but with all the signs of natural breast.  With her particular sense of style, sometimes she likes to wear corsets and push up bras, so that could explain the change that can be seen sometimes.

Personally I should admit that Drew Barrymore is wonderful and impressing whether the rumor of plastic surgery is true or not. And I hope she is never overdo it and keep wise to not excessive over to plastic surgery temptation.

In her latest job interview to Elle magazine, celebrity Drew Barrymore throw open regarding the woman opinion of plastic surgery: "I don't want to always be vain as well as fearful, and that i don't believe I'll do anything... But when I want to want to do something, I most certainly will. Through my own point of view, there’s pointless for being terrified of aging, just like an individual get older, you might be successful! The alternative is dying."
