The doctor made an effort to look ‘good’ for her day in court by having a facelift. Her face is mostly devoid of wrinkles (or expression) now and the area under her chin appears tighter. I doubt she can wrinkle her brow due to Botox. She’s frozen in time.

Dr Khristine Eroshevich may not sound familiar, but the lady has been in the news thanks to being accused of conspiracy in Anna Nicole Smith’s death. The doctor is no Playboy pinup, but the blond still looks like she had some plastic surgery for her court appearance.

Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and her peers Howard K. Stern, as well as Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, all pleaded not guilty to conspiring to illegally provide Smith with massive amounts of opiates and sedatives. Dr. Khristine Eroshevich was guilty of four criminal counts — including two counts of conspiracy to funnel prescription drugs to Anna Nicole Smith. We also thinks she is guilty of having plastic surgery.

Since her initial court appearances, Dr. Eroshevich looks like she has had some plastic surgery refreshment, including a facelift and necklift as well as Botox around her eyes, between her brows and most notably in her forehead. She may also have used a laser treatment like Fraxel or chemical peels, as her skin looks more vital than it did in the past.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “It does appear that Anna Nicole Smith’s doctor did have some facial cosmetic surgery done including a face and neck lift and Botox to her forehead and eye areas.  She has also improved the appearance of her skin most likely with a laser such as Fraxel or chemical peels giving her a smoother and tighter look to her skin.”

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Dr Khristine Eroshevich may have had Botox and facial fillers, and possibly a necklift.  Overall, any work performed was conservative and she does not appear overdone.”

Sentencing for Dr. Eroshevich takes place in January, and she faces a maximum of three years in state prison.

Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Frank Ryan 'was texting' when his car went off a cliff

Heidi Montag's plastic surgeon Dr Frank Ryan has been killed after apparently accidentally driving off a cliff while sending a text message.

The Beverly Hills surgeon, who has treated a host of stars, was in his Jeep when it went off the side of the Pacific Coast Highway yesterday outside Los Angeles.

He was texting his brother at the time, according to his ex-girlfriend.

'He lived up in Malibu on a tiny street and he was texting while driving and he accidentally went over the cliff,' 29-year-old Charmaine Blake told People.com

The celebrity publicist remained a close friend of the surgeon, after dating him for three years.

The California Highway Patrol confirmed that Ryan was texting before the crash, but investigators are still working to determine he cause of the accident.

'It is one of the elements that we are investigating,' CHP Officer Steven Reid told People.

The Jeep landed on rocks and lifeguards rushed to the scene to release Ryan, who was trapped inside with serious head injuries.

Ventura County Fire Department tried hoisting Ryan using a helicopter, but the attempt was called off. The 50-year-old died at the scene.

Minutes before the crash, Ryan tweeted: 'After 25 years of driving by, I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of Malibu.  Much harder than it looks!  Whew!'

His last Tweet says: 'Border collie Jill surveying the view from atop the sand dune.'

Ryan posted the picture below with his Tweet. The dog was injured but survived.

A long time ago I wrote that I felt that director Wilson Yip was probably the best thing to ever happen to Donnie Yen’s career.

First teaming up in 2005 for the cop drama/action flick SPL, the 2 would end up collaborating on 5 consecutive films.

With the sole exception of the somewhat lackluster Dragon Tiger Gate, all of said films were of stellar quality; easily ranking as some of the best in Mr. Yen’s career.

While Yen’s incredible longevity allowed him to effectively outlast the majority of his contemporaries, namely Jet Li and Jackie Chan; and his innovative fighting performance and choreography skills certainly put him ahead of the pack, this writer would argue that Wilson Yip’s cinematographic skills and eye for detail had just as much to do with his rise to prominence as any of the aforementioned factoids.

Donda West’s death leads to a new plastic surgery law

It’s not often that something good can come out of a death, particularly a death of someone young and healthy who was taken unexpectedly. So I’m really happy to hear that Donda West’s death has led to a change in law for plastic surgery, making it safer for patients.

It seems that at this stage anyone with a medical degree can perform surgery on a patient that requests it, and because they are often performed as outpatient proceedures they do not undergo the same regulations a hospital inpatient would. How Donda West could have been sent home 5 1/2 hours after a breast reduction and tummy tuck is beyond me – a relative of mine who underwent the same proceedure in Australia was in hospital for four days recovering.
Dr Jan Adams, the doctor who performed the surgery on Donda West, was also fighting two malpractice suits at the time of her operation. One was for leaving a sponge in a patient, the other for only placing one implant in a woman wanting a pair of breast implants. The new law does not stop him from performing surgery, or having to disclose the suits to patients, while the case is still waiting for or undergoing trial.

The new law also means that doctors will be under closer supervision, such as what a heart surgeon in a regular hospital might be under. Patients will have to have a full physical exam. While Donda was an intelligent adult who should perhaps should have chosen not to have the surgery, if she sought a second opinion it is possible that she was told the surgery would be safe. Donda was not undergoing the surgery solely for cosmetic reasons, but because of back pain.

I can only hope that the West family, and other families who have suffered loss related to plastic surgery, can get some closure from Donda’s unfortunate death with this little bit of good that comes with the legislation.

Donda West Likely Died of Heart Disease

Kanye West's mother most likely died of heart disease coupled with complications after plastic surgery, but the exact cause of death can't be known, coroner's officials said Thursday.

Donda West, 58, died Nov. 10 at a Los Angeles-area hospital, a day after she had breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction procedures.
A long autopsy report noted that West had coronary artery disease, including blockages of 50 percent to 70 percent in two arteries. The 5-foot-2-inch, 188-pound woman also was overweight and had developed several complications after surgery, including bronchopneumonia in one lung, according to the report.

The investigation found "therapeutic levels of medication" in West's body but no unusually high levels and no internal bleeding.

Donda West's Surgeon on What Really Killed Her

Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Jan Adams operated on Kanye West's mom, Donda West, the day before she died, and was subsequently enveloped in controversy. Now, the doctor sits down with ET's Chris Jacobs for his first interview, telling his side of the story.

"I feel responsible totally, because I'm the surgeon and I'm the guy in charge," says Dr. Adams. "But I'm not the guy to blame."

Dr. Adams, who was cleared by the Los Angeles Coroner of any wrongdoing in the Donda West case, blames the media for the controversy that followed him after Donda's passing.

In a single surgery in 2007, Donda underwent a breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction. Dr. Adams believes that aspiration (the sucking of fluid or other substances into the airway when breathing in) is to blame for her death, saying that she probably "laid down, ate, had narcotics onboard, aspirated, her lungs got all this food in it and then four minutes later she passed away."

"It's a tragedy that she's not here," says Dr. Adams. "She was a wonderful woman."

Personally, I will say that how poor Donatella with that kind of failed plastic surgery procedure. Actually with her wealthy she could find much better and more talented plastic surgeon to get surgery reconstruction and make her appearance much and much better.

Worse, the film itself makes her face an issue: Plenty of its jokes mock her plastic surgery, and they are "regrettably" catty. Dolly Parton Talks Lesbian Rumors, Plastic Surgery, and Looking Like the ‘Town Tramp’ on ‘Nightline’

No, Dolly Parton hasn't been living a lie for the last 46 years. On Monday night's "Nightline," the country icon, who has been married to the rarely seen Carl Dean since 1966, addressed rumors that she's gay, rumors that have stemmed from her close relationship with longtime best friend Judy Ogle.

"Judy and I have been best friends since we were like in the third and fourth grade," she says in the interview with Juju Chang. "I mean, I love her as much as I love anybody in the whole world, but we're not romantically involved."

The rumors are similar to those that have dogged Oprah Winfrey regarding her relationship with her BFF Gayle King. Parton notes she and Winfrey have laughed about the false reports.

"We do talk about that — Gayle, her friend; Judy, my friend. They just think that you just can't be that close to somebody," she explains.

Despite the fact that many celebs who tie the knot at a young age end up divorcing, Parton and husband Dean, who were 20 and 24 respectively when they wed are still together, in part because he tends to stay out of the spotlight. "He's proud of me. He's just basically shy about things like that. He doesn't like crowds," she said on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" in 2010. "And I respect his privacy. I respect the fact that he loves to be out of the limelight. That's one of the reasons I think we've lasted so long."

The couple met the day Parton arrived in Nashville in 1964. "I wasn't a star then, so I've never had to worry that he loves me because I'm a star and I've got money or make money or whatever. I know he loves me for me, and that means a lot to me," she shared during the same interview with Winfrey.

Vita has always been honest about her plastic surgery, even saying that she had breast implants at the age of 21 after losing a significant amount of weight.  In a previous interview, the pin-up model said she dabbled with illegal drugs in her teenage years, which resulted to massive weight gain and sagging breasts.

While she admitted having breast implants, she did not reveal the rest of her procedures that helped her achieve the curvy and sultry appearance that made her the most famous and one of the highest paid pin-up models today.  Some showbiz bloggers have speculated that she may have rhinoplasty, aka nose job, liposuction, and possibly “rib removal” that gave her the 22-inch waistline (which is the average waistline of a toddler).

However, some renowned plastic surgeons believe that the burlesque dancer’s appearance is mostly attributed to good genes, good diet, and use of skincare products rather than cosmetic surgeries, although they do not rule out some “minor tweaks” like Botox injection and dermal fillers.  This conclusion was based on the star’s before-and-after photos.

In a previous interview, Dita Von Teese has criticized other celebrities who denied plastic surgery even with the not-so-obvious result and said there is “no point of hiding the procedure” as long as it makes them happy and confident with their appearance.

While the star has no plans to undergo plastic surgery at the moment, she said that procedures that would improve the appearance of her “derriere” and legs would be something that she might consider in the future.

When it comes to facial aging, the pin-up girl model said she is not too concerned with wrinkles since she got the genes of her mother who is “64 but could easily pass for late forties.”

It almost sounds like she’s saying that the second time she got punched in the face fixed the problems that developed from the second time.

She did have detailed stories about the nose breakages. The first time was at a high school party, when a drunk girl accidentally threw a punch in Dianna’s face that was meant for a dude. She didn’t tell her mom about her nose, because she was afraid she would never let her leave the house again. A doctor told her last year that she had a deviated septum, but she didn’t get it fixed because she was in the middle of shooting a season of Glee. She then got punched in the face again during a Glee tour, and now says it’s fixed.

Dave could related to Dianna’s nose plight. He broke his nose when he was 16, and had problems breathing and smelling until a doctor fixed it. We’re guessing Dave definitely didn’t make up his story to explain a little plastic surgery:
